Tartalmi kivonat: | Motivation is a crucial part of language teaching. This thesis will introduce how Project-Based Teaching (PBT) helps vocational students develop positive attitude and motivation towards learning the foreign language and learning in general. I would like to prove this throughout a board game project made by eleven trade trainees within the framework of a new initiative in Hungary. The project introduce the most common features of confectioner's trade in order to help students acquire special vocabulary and useful information for the future. The outcome of the assignment is that even students with low motivation can be involved to create, to learn with the help of project work. In my thesis I demonstrate project work as a motivator in teaching and learning. |
