Tartalmi kivonat: | Games play a significant role in teaching and learning a language. It is a strenuous activity for every language learner to get acquainted with a language to a degree which makes them able to see through the network of the language, to imitate the teacher's utterances properly, and, finally to reach comparatively developed productive skills, that is, to be able to take advantage of the learnt material. As attention is always expected on the student's part during an ideal language lesson, tension in students accumulates, therefore, a well-organised game can help to reduce stress and strains in the classroom. So, students are motivated to work. Games have a very serious purpose because they make the students enjoy the learning process and students can also use the language, actively communicating through playing games. Although games are used with a meaningful aim, they still can be fun. |
