Tartalmi kivonat: | Despite the crucial role of automated data analysis in the experimental cardiology, only few well documented solutions for parameter subtraction from intracellular electrophysiological signals have been published so far. Moreover, many of them contain restrictions on the level of the noise or require frequent external control. The authors' algorithm is devoid of these drawbacks. For making the analysis precise but fast, the following techniques were applied: (1) The localization of action potential was performed with a reduced set of acquisited points. (2) The establishment of the signal durations was achieved by a step-limited iterative interval-halving procedure. (3) The maximum derivatives were obtained by means of a method being able to adapt to the steepness, signal-by-signal. As the tests have been proven, the efficiency of the authors' algorithm is well enough to provide reliable data even under complex experimental circumstances. |
