Tartalmi kivonat:Questionnaire surveys are important for surveying the health and disease behavior of the population, but recent years have seen a fall in participation. Distance and accessibility to health care systems are considered as a hindrance to the improvement of the health care system. This work aims to design and implement a questionnaire management telemedical system to provide and support health care when distance separates the participants. This would be a system that can create questionnaires and send them to patients to fill. The Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resource FHIR standard is used because the questionnaires consist of health and medical related questions. The application is a full stack application which implies that it covers both the front end and the back end of the application. The system started with the problem definition, then the requirement specifications, then the design and implementation before the testing stages. The system was implemented using java script frameworks like Angular, Loopback which is a node framework and Ionic was used for the mobile part of the application. The datasource used was MongoDB and Bootstrap was also used to beautify the front end of the application. The result of the system shows good results and compliance with the user and system requirements.
