Tartalmi kivonat:OnlyFans is a well-known website, especially in other countries, which aims, in a nutshell, to create a private platform that can be accessed by subscription. Contrary to its original purpose, the site owes its popularity to the pornographic images that make up the majority of the content posted on the site. Due to this and its unique operating mechanism, OnlyFans has quickly gained popularity. In the unregulated sections of the website, there are a number of unresolved issues of criminal relevance, which leave room for child pornography, cyberbullying and copyright infringement, among others. The aim of my research is to illustrate the various Internet crimes through the OnlyFans website and other websites that can be compared to it, taking into account the problems arising from the global nature of the Internet, and following the Hungarian criminal law system. During the pandemic that forced society into the online space, the number of users of the website increased, making the website, launched in 2016, relevant and popular again. In my research, I have at my disposal the literature available on the Internet – mainly in foreign languages – and the Hungarian and international legislation binding on Hungary to help me understand the regulatory framework.
