| Tartalmi kivonat: | The method suggested by the author is as follows. Milk serum treated with hydrochloric acid is liberated from phosphates by pouring the serum on a column of ion exchange resin Varion AD converted into chloride form. After removing phosphate anions of interfering effect, calcium is titrated with EDTA as titrant, in the presence of eryochromeblue SE as indicator. The results are evaluated by means of an appropriate calculation of errors. L’auteur déphosphatise le sérum de Iáit á acide chlorhydrique sur une colonne de résine échangeur d’ions «Varion AB» portáé á l’état de chlorure. Aprés élimination de l’anion génant il effectue le titrage du calcium avec une solution E D T E •en présence d’indicateur bleu d’ériochrome. II évalue les' résultats par calcul ^cTerreur. |
