| Tartalmi kivonat: | Previously, historical studies did not regard images as a truly reliable source, but since the turn of the millennium, they became more and more prominent in research. The idea of an objective narrative with a fixed point of view was replaced by the view that history is a collection of individual stories. This made it possible to add the images together with their subjective properties to the list of sources, since important information can be read from the bias of the creator, the degree of idealization, the representational conventions in effect at the time of creation, or the direction of the image. It is no coincidence that more and more historical works are appearing in the Délvidék as well, in which images play the main role. |
