| Tartalmi kivonat: | Napkor is a small village close to Ukrainian and Romanian border. Geopolitical situation causes many disadvantages, but local people have many plans to develop their environment. It is a typical place for carrying out rural development programs and their impacts may be the basis of economic and social future. In our paper we try to introduce situation and survey some developable ideas presented in SWOT-analysis. We highlight the possibilities of the LEADER program relating to Napkor and how local people can take part in development. |
