Tartalmi kivonat: | One of the aims of the present study is to give a brief overview of the appearance of intercultural elements in language classes. It tries to explain the reasons for the necessity of including socio-cultural and intercultural elements in the process of language teaching (according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages), enumerates these elements and describes the teacher's tasks in this process. It also tries to emphasize the importance of the introduction of intercultural elements in teacher formation programs. Spanish language classes and teaching Spanish represent a peculiar case, as this language is spoken in more than twenty countries, which, of course, means a great variety of traditional elements of cultural heritage. In the classes different kinds of dialects, culinary elements, music and dances can appear, the students can get to know the history, the literature or the flora and the fauna of a whole continent and can also observe the differences between Latin-American and Hungarian culture and society. In the second part of the study we try to examine possible intercultural topics and their use in class. |
