Tartalmi kivonat: | This essay investigates the „I-you" relationship traditionally applied in interview situations, thereby reversing the schema of the order of roles. The proposed schema with "you" as the interviewer and "I" as the interviewee places the interview situation as a dialogic intersubjective speech act situation into a different relationship by pushing into the background the so far dominant role of the researcher (interviewer). In this way, the subject, the "1" comes to the foreground. It is the one that relates the stories and experiences of his/her life, gathered by means of its relationships to his/her social and organisational environment. Results of the field research also prove that at the center of the relation of life it is always the speaking "I," because the act of relating belongs to him/her. It is only through the explanations of the "I" that the researcher can grasp links between certain events that have taken place in the roles of the "I" as well as "I"'s experience of them. It is the outcome of the positivist stance that the role of the researcher, that is, the "you" is exaggerated to the detriment of the "1," the main character that relates. All this does not mean that the researcher's role is eliminated, only that his/her primary role is focused on the hermeneutical insight and not on the generation of data. |
