Tartalmi kivonat:The right to information is a much more complicated norm, than it seems. As we inspect this right we can do a research about its’ relation to the constitution, its’ aim, direction, quality and many other features. We can determine that right to information related to the social security system is in connection with the right to fair procedure and the right to informed consent in the health care system. When we are about to examine this right in the international documents, we must take the United Nations, the Council of Europe and the European Union into consideration. We come to a conclusion which determines that right to information can be found in newer norms like the coordination rules of the European Union. In comparison with the international legalization Hungary has much to improve in its’ own legal background while there are several loopholes, and responsibilities not admitted by the state about the right to information. Only the informed consent and the right to information in the health care system are well developed and can be taken seriously, so there are much more steps needed to be taken in order to improve the legal background of the right to information in our country.
