Tartalmi kivonat: | The one of most important elements of our environment is the water. The renewable part of the underground water resources is the thermal water. The use of it started in the historical past and is also today of particular relevance. The main forms of uses: one of the health and leisure-related, another of the heating energy use. In both cases the source may be natural, when the natural water cycle provides a certain balance. The last century has increased the importance of thermal water from the drilled sources. In recent decades, it has become an industrial scale with energy recovery. After the thermal water for medical use and recreational use can not be pressed back, after cleaning the surface will be the recipients. Harvested and used for energy uses thermal water – in principle – should be pressed into the geological layers in order to maintain a balance back. There are exceptions to the general rule. Examination of topics fundamental rights, principles and environmental law affects both. Enforcement of existing legislation was designed with the principle of sustainable development. This paper deals with the regulatory status of geothermal energy, mainly engaged in environmental law perspective. |
