Tartalmi kivonat: | The reform of the public administration became urgent in the past few years. The selfgovernments (especially which have just a few income) were concerned prejudicial due to the precipice between the decreasing central norms and the advanced tasks in the past few years. The governments changed each other tried to solve this problem with devising different strategies. The FIDESZ-KDNP administration which was registered in 2010 had extensive concepts thanks to the majority in the parliament. They tried to devise such extensive systems and plans which guarantee a continuous path to the factual imaginations. I would like to examine the reform of the Hungarian public administration from the view of the possibilities how the government wants to make it known and useful for the population. I think the reform will be successful when it makes the office routine much easier. The marketing and PR are important things in the reform of the system of the public administration because it is run by costumers such as other services. The main goal of the Magyary Program is based on 4 points which try to make the diversified problems of the public administration more intelligible: organisation, task, proceeding, personnel. These four points have to be examined to find out how the government tries to “sell” the reforms for the public. |
