Tartalmi kivonat: | Since the beginning of the 20th century, the composers' interest in historical musical instruments has manifested itself to a significant extent. It is conditioned by the search for new sound and new means of expression, which these instruments provide to a large extent. In Slovakia, Juraj Hatrík (May 1st, 1941 – May 21st, 2021) belongs to such composers. He, based on the impulses of the artistic director of the Musica Historica Prešov ensemble Karol Medňanský, composed for viola da gamba in various casts Light Sonata-Cantata and tre per alt, Viola da Gamba and Harpsichord (1996), and Tre canzonetti per Soprano e Viola da gamba (2001). Both compositions met with great understanding and recognition from both the audience and music critics. |
