| Tartalmi kivonat: | The first year students' personality factors in their career choosing attitude have been put in the focus of the study. The content of the present research has mainly been directed on the analysis of the career choosing motivations. The most surprising result in the influence system of young people's career choosing attitude is the fathers' weak influence, and also, siblings, grandparents, parents' siblings and other relatives have a smaller effect than expected. The effect of the peer group is modest as well. The reason of this is probably an intense individualisation process which increasingly isolates young people, and everybody "goes their way". A great proportion of secondary school students who prepare for the legal profession try more and more to learn about the circumstances of those working in the legal profession from the age of 16, according to the results of the survey. Successful lawyers have a much smaller effect on secondary school students than the social appraisal of law. It is also a pleasing fact that professional issues, human relations and the possibility of creation in the field of the law play a significant role in young people's preparing for the decision of choosing a career. It is also favourable that young people have a realistic view on salary prospects, which reflects their sober understanding of life. |
