Tartalmi kivonat: | The Connecting Europe Facility (CEF) is a key EU funding instrument for promoting growth, job creation and competitiveness through targeted infrastructure investments at European level. It supports the development of high-performance, sustainable and efficiently connected trans-European networks in the areas of transport, energy and digital services. CEF investments are aimed at completing the missing links in the European energy, transport and digital backbone network. The CEF program contributes to the infrastructure development needed for the implementation of the Trans-European Transport Network (TEN-T) and to the financing of key projects to remove existing bottlenecks. It also promotes sustainable and innovative mobility solutions. These projects cover all EU Member States and all modes of transport (road, rail, maritime, inland waterway, air) and support for logistics and innovation. The purpose of this study is to evaluate and analyze projects implemented in the CEF Transport Program in Central and Eastern Europe between 2014 and 2018. A further aim is to present the main features of major projects. |
