Tartalmi kivonat: | The topic of this present study is the most important changes of the attainadle equal treatment between employees regarding to the valid current changes of legal regulation. Mainly some regulation of the new Labour Code are introduced emphasizing the new aspects and their reasons. I also discuss the Basic Law and I analyze the connection between labour equality and the equal opportunity law. I perform all these from a definitely practical point of view referring to the current European Union trends and I also make concrete critical remarks and proposals. |
