| Tartalmi kivonat: | In recent years there is an increasing emphasis on the macroregions in the documents of the regional policy of the EU (Cohesion Reports, Territorial Agenda), and more and more macroregional strategies were homed in the regional policy (Baltic, Danube, Alps, Ion-Adriatic). In this paper these formations are analysed: at first the notion of the macroregion is specified, secondly the different types of the macroregions in the documents are analysed by a theoretical approach. The position of Hungary in these territorial subdivisions is described also. The results show that the main basis of the new macroregions are the common challenges and transnational trait, which may result new institutionalization. |
