Tartalmi kivonat: | In our country, as in most countries, public education and its quality play an important role. We know that education is a slow-return investment for both individuals and societies. This return on material goods gives rise to additional exogenous returns. In Hungary people’s education lags behind the advanced European countries. Looking at the PISA surveys, we get a bitter picture. Hungarian students in all competencies have poor results in mathematics, reading comprehension, or natural sciences. In 2015 we only managed to get 34 out of 38 OECD countries. In order to improve the quality of public education, the state started a comprehensive reform of public education. The maintenance and operation of the institutions was taken over by the state and introduced the teacher's career model, which aims to motivate teachers, restore their views and thereby improve students' school performance. In the paper, we will find an answer to the motivational power of the pedagogical life model for women or men, younger or older. Can any confusion be detected on the basis of gender or age. It can be assumed that men are less motivated by the new career model because men can earn significantly more on the competitive market. Similarly, a young beginner’s teacher is less likely to have a career system on the pitch if he or she promotes higher income on the competitive market. We see whether there is a deterrent effect for teachers not to leave their profession and find no other job in the business sector. Teachers have completed anonymous anonymous questionnaires. More than 6000 teachers have completed the questionnaire from which we can answer the questions. |
