During World War I a lot of scouts in the hinterland have undertaken voluntary work, the older guys were soldiers. Despite the difficulties, they worked unselfishly, helped each other until the end of the war, and during the revolution. Thanks to the work by the end of World War I social perception of Scouting has changed. They won the educators, the social elite and political support. The success of Scouting, in 1920 after the expansion, in addition to the already existing social and political support mainly from the fact that the needs of young people created a proper community.
