After the dictatorical period of the 1950s, the 1960s showed a more blissful state. This caused changes in the situation of GYSEV, mainly when the Catering Services of the GYSEV was created in 1973 due to a long preparatory process. In the 1970s and 1980s we can see a success story in the tourism and hospitality of the GYSEV which is one of the most interesting and the most popular elements of so-called nostalgia trains. The following study deals with the background of these processes and their differerent versions. |
