The most accepted of these is the pyramid model of competitiveness. Each of the success factors featured in the model (including human capital) plays an important role in influencing the future competitiveness of an economy. In my essay I look at the role of human resources in shaping territorial competitiveness in the group of the Visegrád countries. |
