Tartalmi kivonat: | During the era preceding World War I, it can be observed that the national influence in the fields of civil law and economic procedures was extremely limited. This came to pass after World War I, which had a long-lasting effect on civil law, especially if we take economic isolation and the shift in production and consumer relations into account. All of the above made the appropriate regulation of price issues necessary. It can be stated that the World War came as a shock in connection to productivity, as well, for it caused economic uncertainty, and more to this, product shortage and the remains of war-bound production gave space to speculations. The 15th Act of 1920 on Sharking Misuses attempted to thoroughly reform this situation from a criminal law-standpoint. In this study, I wish to analyse sharking misuses based according to the practices of the Royal Court of Justice of Szeged. |
