Therefore, the aging of the domestic agricultural sector is important to break out of the “young farmers” the willingness of recovery. The restructuring of the agricultural society – qualifications, age, gender, according to legal form chosen is ongoing. Thus, national economic interest, and one task is to ensure a “young farmer” supply. Human resource management is a multi-player space where learning is not only to themselves but also for young farmers imposes responsibility on them constantly forming groups. These value-added knowledge, work and experience is essential that the next generations transmit to each other. The professionally well prepared, having conducted by human resource management skills for young farmers farms can achieve spectacular growth, thus better themselves and contribute to the development of the country. Thus, human resource management not only remain theoretical subject knowledge, but also integrated into the everyday life of young farmers and will become the basis for business management purposes.
