Tartalmi kivonat:The literature of employability is based on the experiences of primary graduates follow-up researches. Among higher education institutions are the graduates tracking studies increasingly common practice. The experience can help shape the content of training in order to promote employment. But how the employers have an opinion? The research aims to determine whether employers reveals the experiences and expectations of young graduates on. The authors trying to point out what characteristics has a good employable young graduate based on the experiences of the primary corporate survey research. 120 employers were interviewed in the survey mainly in the Northern Plains region. We try to shed light on the basis of experience, what factors can be an advantage among the graduates during the corporate recruitment-selection period.
