Studying the management history we realise, that definitions of earlier times can not be interpretable in our times, only in way if we try to transform them for the society and economy of today. It is clear that most of old used expressions make basic ground of today used leading standards and ensure their sustainability. All in all, most of theory of Taylor must to have place in management of today, particulary in developing and reservation human resource management. It is very exciting to study those expressions which was created 105 years earlier and belongs to Taylor, so the dissertation emphasizes some of these definitions and try to suit them to the management of XXI. century.
