Although the vast majority of higher education institutions educate students these methods, they are used no or rarely. The adaptation of quality management methods has just started, and the best way is to use with the typical development models. Therefore, I chose the topic of this paper the applicability of these methods in the educational and administrative processes. The goal of application is designed based on facts and datas.
