Tartalmi kivonat: | This study in accordance with previous works emphasizes that successful lean initiative requires considerable change is human resource management. However, it also points out that survey-based researches regarding lean production seldom focus on one particular human resource management practice. The work aims to study the impact of lean production on remuneration and performance evaluation system in Hungarian context using the database of Hungarian Competitiveness Center. According to its results it claims that Hungarian lean producers compared to traditional companies clearly increased the proportion of variable part and bonus of compensation (to 30-35%) both in the case of regular employees and managers. Furthermore, lean producers rely on more comprehensive performance evaluation system that really serves organization in many different ways, e.g., remuneration, promotion, training. |
