Tartalmi kivonat: | In this paper an apparatus (microwave dielectrometer) and method suitable to measure the dielectric constant (s') and loss factor (e") of well conducting ionic liquids and other solvents are demonstrated, namely a simple apparatus and method (completed and modified the known wave-guide system. The developed measuring system can be applied for automatic and online measurements. To reach the required accuracy a precise sample holder design was performed, and the measurements were carried out under similar conditions (microwave power, temperature, etc.) like they are generally used in the microwave practice. An automatic method was elaborated for calibration of the signals coming from the diode detectors Differently from the conventional measuring methods which have used only mW powers. Author's measurements were performed using about 20W/g. The author would like to introduce application methods in the different cases like measurements of ionic liquids, drying of impregnated activated carbon and precooking of rise. The conclusion is that the microwave treatment helps to dry carbon and shortens precooking time of rise. The microwave preliminary experiments are proving that the treatment is safe, during these processes there is no sudden temperature rising and overheating risk. |
