Tartalmi kivonat:The essay concentrates on the civil right projections of the electronic commerce,however it is important to note that the digital context, the on-line contracts, and contractual relationships affect all law areas. For example, it is necessary to regulate the foundation of the virtual businesses they may arise copyright questions, taxational and accountancy problems, so-called digital crimes appear simultaneously with the new type of contracts, labour law and social right effects. The additional charges caused by the restructuring of the commerce, fall to the state sphere currently. The partly digitized businesses and the newly established virtual department stores separating from more dozens of their employees because of economic reasons, increasing the number of people who belong to aid zone. The impact of international change of the structure of commerce is that nowadays the on-line appereance doesn't mean advantage, however its lack results big disadvantage and loss. Let it be a company/firm, or even a private person, the electronic way, the on-line context offers time and cost saving alternative opposite to the traditional, off-line method. To the general acceptance of the electronic legal statements are necessary form the legislator's, the right employer's and the private people's part.
