Tartalmi kivonat:The author attempts to describe and analyse the most pressing challenges of Hungary, as well as gives suggestions for the possible ways out. He introduces the five most conspicuous and most marked forms of social accommodation disorders, analyses them and he projects them to us plastically in a finely chiselled way in their context. So we are shown the mental and somatic state,, the negative effects of micro and macro environment, unemployment, disadvantageous and cumulatively disadvantageous social standing, the systematic consumption of hallucinogen substances, alcohol in the first place, and the gravest: the dynamics and structure of crime. On the basis of examined and measured data, the author points out that after the regime change Hungary got into a deep economie, social and moral crisis, among other things corruption was eroding the healthy fabric of society at an ever-growing depth and pace. We also dipped into a demographic crisis, the number of live-births is going down, the population is aging, and life-expectancy at birth is dramatically diminishing. The author - among other things - makes it clear that independent social welfare institutions exist for the solution of the problems of those in a disadvantageous or cumulatively disadvantageous social condition. They offer all possible helpful means and resources to ease existing tensions in society. After showing and analysing the extent, dynamics and structure of crime he concludes that the growing tendency of crime truly and adequately mirrors the economic and social situation our country is in. He has all grounds to establish that the discontent of the Hungarian population grows with criminal investigation and the total system of jurisdiction.
