Tartalmi kivonat:The doctrines of the heretics of Moldavia towards the middle of the 15th century are known from a contemporary list containing 38 articles, published by Eusebius Fermendzin at the end of the last century in his Acta Bosnae. The articles, however are only part of Juan Torquemada1 s discourse entitled Reprobationes triginta octo articulorum quos tenent hussiti de Moldavis, which tried to refute the above-mentioned doctrines. It was widely accepted that this work had been written 1461 like his other discourse against the heretics of Bosnia. The aim of this paper is to correct the date of its composition. In the other version preserved in the Vatican Library it is dated to 1442. The new date corresponds to the chronology of the missions sent by the Franciscans to Moldavia in order to reconvert the heretics there, including those who escaped from the persecutions of the inquisitor James of Marchia in 1439. The inquisitor who preached in Hungary between 1435 and 1439 also composed a list of 64 articles about the detected heretical views. The chronological and geographical coincidence of two sources provides an opportunity for further comparative research.
