In lack of space I cannot discuss the circumstances of Native Americans and that of women. I will prove that affirmative action is always discriminating someone depending on the target group. Using contemporary studies and descriptions of legal court cases and decisions I will demonstrate that if you give certain privilege to somebody it will always hurt the rights of someone else, and it will always generate debates. I am going to illustrate both the opinion of the supporters and the arguments of those who are against affirmative action. I am going to belong to neither side.
