The effects of therapy treatment on three organs of interest, lung, thyroid, and bowel are divided into two categories: with and without immunerelated adverse events. Three well-known classification methods were used: logistic regression, support vector machine, and k-nearest neighbors. Due to the small data set and class imbalance, the emphasis was on choosing the appropriate metric. For testing, K-fold cross-validation was implemented and the obtained numerical results were analyzed and discussed. | |
