The photocatalysts were characterized by X-ray diffractometry, scanning electron microscopy and transmission electron microscopy. The photocatalytic activity of the samples was evaluated by the photocatalytic reduction of carbon dioxide. A direct correlation was observed between the efficiency and strontium carbonate content of the photocatalysts.
