Tartalmi kivonat: | The Ecclesiastical Code was modified by Pope Francis following the extraordinary episcopal synod of 2014, but still before the ordinary episcopal synod of 2015. Marriage and family constituted the topics of the synod. In spite that the consummated marriages are indissoluble, their invalidity may be be proven in ecclesiastical courts. The aim of the procedure is to examine, whether the divorceables could or wanted to marry each other or not. Although the consultations of the synod touched various questions, the theology of marriage was left untouched. The pope did not initiate a revision on the material law statutes of marriage. The only intention was a reform on the procedural law, notedly the alteration of a special procedure, the statutes of the marriage lawsuits. The present paper contains the description of the aim and operation of the new regulations. |
