Tartalmi kivonat: | Fyodor Dostoyevsky is one of the biggest master of the world literature, he is the creator of the theory-novel. In his masterpiece from 1866 Crime and punishment, he explores the soul with querying the legality of the law. In the literature, the tiny details are really important to build a homicide motive, novel item, however it has judged in a different range by a literateur and by a lawyer. The aim of this paper to show these differences, how a lawyer elaborates a homicide and how a literateur does it. From the aspect of a lawyer the novel has been valuated by the Act on Criminal Code in force nowadays in Hungary and by the Opinion No. 56. of the Criminal Division. From the aspect of the literateur and the pshychologist – the ideas of Napolen and Nieztche also helped to valuate the novel. |
