Such welcome effects may well be optimized by setting the most important rules – such as the ones concerning the legal status, owners’ structure, functioning, management and registration of the transparent organizations – in an Act. In such an Act, the opportunity would present itself for differentiated treatment of certain groups of transparent organizations, in respect of, for instance, the existing transactions, and also future ones, the financial strength of the enterprise in question, furthermore the organizational specificities. | |
