The article brings into focus the two most relevant questions of the growth of Hungarian SSC sector: How can be the qualified workforce available and how can a company reach the loyalty of the skilled workforce? The article analyses the possibilities of the employer branding, as a tool in a very competitive environment. Analyzing the levels of employer branding pyramid (such as Evidences; Employer values; Rewarding; Motivation; Values and philosophy; The personality of the company; Brand promise) the article highlights the importance of the authentic, true brand promise, based on adequate data. The BT ROC, the Hungarian SSC of the British Telecom is the best practice, how effective the employer branding can be. At the end the article writes about the importance of the sector branding and the education as two key factors for the future of the Hungarian SSC sector.
