Tartalmi kivonat:The SSC market is one of the fastest developing sectors of the Hungarian economy: more than 40 000 people work in 90 centers and more than 4000 new jobs are expected in the following years. The Hungarian SSC sector reached a stage of development where the activities are more and more complex and the value added is higher. The analysis of job offers in the Hungarian SSC sector has revealed that, mainly in the finance and IT fields, the demand for well-educated workforce is very high. Another critical factor on the SSC labour market is the availability of personal soft skills: the ideal employee is motivated, open, a team player, proactive and has good communication skills. To find the best workforce is challenging not only for the companies, but offers also possibilities and difficulties for the education. The article, based on the example of the Edutus College SSC training, shows that there are several possibilities in the collaboration between SSCs and the education system to develop the soft skills of the students and prepare them for the challenges of the SSC labour market.
