Tartalmi kivonat:Nowadays the question of life-quality plays a more and more significant role in the everyday life of employees. It is especially the balance between work and private life, which receives greater emphasis. Families usually face the question how to plan career if they already have a family. Is it the woman or the man whose career is more important? What compromises can they reach? Is it possible for both parties to make career or maybe the question is not that relevant? Similar questions were conceived by the author, which served as the base of a questionnaire-based research. During the quantitative research both women and men were asked about their opinion regarding the question. The present study brings the attention to some interesting results of the research unbiasedly. The hypothesis, which was conceived in the research – namely that the career of men has priority over the career plans of women- was not justified in the given sample.
