Agricultural activity is significant in rural areas and it is the base of employment opportunities, which special segment is the creation of working opportunity of disadvantaged person. Organizations dealing with disadvantaged person have several limitations during making its activity. Due to the amendment of regulation and introduction of new laws, the new social farm model could be suitable for person providing social services to make their activities in regulated and supportive surroundings. The rules of working and employment have to change and defer to this. |
