The political reform, the multinational companies’ appearence made the examination of the organizational culture necessary in Hungary and flash on the importance of the organizational inner communication in connection with that. The cultural differencies put the question of the corporate culture into the focus of the researches even more. I look for the answer the study, that it passed the organization’s culture and its communication changed during 25 years. Did this change have an effect on the companies’ efficiency? I examine the cultural network, then one of the elements of the organizational culture, and the form of appearence of this- the informal communication network.
