Tartalmi kivonat:In today's scientific literature there is no consistent defínition for stigma, it has rather become a subject to socio-psychological researches dealing with the phenomenon of prejudice, their development and their effects on the group. Modern power theories separate the enemy identified in the physical-material world of conflicts from its reflection in the mind, the enemy image, while in practice a much more important role is played by the visualisation of the enemy in the language, the communication, the semantic construction of the enemy. It is the most basic task of the state, or the prevailing foremost defender of sovereignty, the intelligence service, to unveil the real or assumed hostile behaviour or the intention thereof of any social group. Stigmatisation can be an advantageous and serviceable means in the hands of the intelligence services to specify the enemy, to defíne the hostile groups and thereof the communication itself. At the same time the role of the enemy can alsó be forced upon the stigmatised group, as the adequate measures and communication of the enemy image can shape the hostile groups that the intelligence service hypothetically described.
