On the basis of the above mentioned observations, I intend to perform an analysis on a larger scale with regards to the current state and situation of public employment within the range of active labour force market operations. Examining a smaller sample permits to define the main features of the participants in the employment program of Hajdúböszörmény. The lecture is going to touch upon the correlation of public employment and labour force market, defining the circle of participants and finding out about the chances of their integration or return to the primary labour force market from public employment. These observations are expected to lead to a conclusion concerning the efficiency of public employment and its contribution to the improvement of employment on the primary labour force market. | |
