Tartalmi kivonat:According to the chronicler tradition, the association, carried out by Zâh Feliciân against the members of the royal family, was a break in the rule of the Hungarian king, Charles I. This is obvious, that there was no example for such a bloody murder in the Hungarian history of those times. During the year 1331 the great revenge reached the female relatives of Felician, too. This essay presents through the text of a deed of gift of 1331 and other similar charters of the period, that either the murder or the execution which followed were not accepted in the practise of the period and the chartering practise of Charles I.
