| Tartalmi kivonat: | My choice of subject was influenced to a great extent by the fact that as a practising lawyer I had an opportunity as a defence counsel to be involved in a case in which a number of other joining jurisdiction, the cognition of legal material turned into necessary apart from the criminal law and becoming absorbed more and more questions occurred to me - not only as a practising lawyer but as an educator and a man feeling responsible for his environment. . Although the final judgement has already been passed, the earlier raised questions are returning in this case since the protection of the environment is one of the most current and maybe the most urgent tasks in our everyday.lives. Despite all these I have been convinced that the currently regulated delicts in the Penal Code may be only the final means of the problem solving but by no means they may undertake more. The questions have not always been answered but according to my hopes the reader is inspired to think. |
